A rental agreement must be signed before the vehicle is released. The primary renter must provide a valid driver’s license, government-issued identification, valid insurance, and an accepted payment method. Additional documentation may be required for corporate or commercial rentals.

All drivers must be 30 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license. Only drivers listed and approved on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

Rental rates vary by vehicle, rental duration, mileage allowance, delivery location, and selected services. Each reservation includes a specified mileage allowance. Additional mileage is charged at the rate stated in the rental agreement.

Security DepositPayment is required according to the terms of the reservation. A refundable security deposit may be required and varies by vehicle and reservation. The renter may be responsible for additional charges resulting from damage, excess mileage, fuel, cleaning, tolls, tickets, or other charges incurred during the rental.

Vehicle delivery and pickup are available at approved locations throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County area, including residences, hotels, and select airport locations. Delivery fees may apply. Airport deliveries are subject to airport rules and restrictions. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location.

The renter is responsible for all parking tickets, traffic violations, tolls, impound fees, and related charges incurred during the rental period. Any administrative or processing fees associated with these charges may also be billed to the renter.

Valid automobile insurance meeting the requirements for the selected vehicle must be provided before the rental begins. Vehicles may not be used for racing, track driving, towing, off-road driving, illegal activities, or operated by unauthorized drivers. Smoking is prohibited. The renter is responsible for the vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement.
