We, at 365exoticrental.com are pleased to serve your car rental needs. Familiarize yourself with our rental policies to accommodate smoother working when renting our fabulous luxury cars. We’d be glad to assist you if any query persists!

 

A Valid Driver’s License

It is essential that the primary driver of the car be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license. Also, one must have a major credit card in their name and carry a full coverage automotive insurance that can be transferrable to the vehicle shall a case of accident or emergency arise.

 

Rental Period

A 24-hour period constitutes a rental day. Please ensure you return the vehicle in time on the scheduled day of return lest late charges may apply.

 

Hourly Rental on Selected cars

We understand budgetary and time constraints and hence offer selected high-end cars rented on hourly basis. Your rental begins on delivery of the car and ends as you return the car and get your ticket time-stamped. For your safety and pleasure of your experience, we request you allow us an hour’s time to prepare for your car delivery!

 

At the time of rental

The person driving the car must have the driver’s license, insurance card and the credit card that you used to book the car at the time of rental. Please carry along any booking vouchers you may have when you booked in advance.

 

Security Deposit

We will require a credit card hold before the vehicle is delivered that would provide coverage towards any damages, refueling or overage of mileage. The deposit will depend in entirety on the vehicle’s value and the value of the insurance policy submitted. You can be assured that if the car is returned undamaged, the deposit will be released immediately.

 

The renter must agree that any damages left uncovered by the insurance policy or are a part of the insurance deductible, or any additional costs like excess fuel charges, or mileage charges shall be charged from the deposit without any dispute.

 

Additional drivers

We permit additional drivers as long as they fulfill the same criteria as the primary renter. We do not charge an extra fee for additional drivers.

 

Private Drivers

Are you looking for chauffeur driven vehicles as you relax? We can arrange a private driver at an additional cost.

 

Vehicle Delivery

We provide hotel pickup and delivery in certain areas and for selected rentals. You can contact us to confirm if delivery is available for your rental.

 

Holidays

We do not offer vehicle deliveries on holidays including Thanksgiving, December 25, and December 31. Any additional Holidays are at the company’s discretion and all reservations around holidays may have a clause of minimum rental period with no deliveries or pickups available for these holidays.

 

Driving Area Restrictions

While our vehicle can be driven throughout United States, you must ask for an authorization from 365exoticrentals to drive outside of California.

 

Smoking Policy

Taking care of future renters is our responsibility. We do not permit smoking in the car and shall we discover the policy was violated, you may be charged a cleaning fee for the same.

 

Off-roading

Off-roading, driving on the race track or illegal speeding is strictly condemned at our end and the renter must agree to not indulge in these.

 

Payment Methods

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

 

Privacy Policy

We collect certain personally identifiable information, cookie information and IP address on our server logs. We ensure that we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and will under no circumstance reveal or sell your personally identifiable information to anybody.

 

Security Policy

Your personal data and payment information is safe. We use Secure Sockets Later software, which is one of the best in the industry for secure commerce transactions. All your personal data, credit care details and other information is encrypted and will not be revealed over the Internet.

 

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the car rented and the time of cancellation (atleast 72 hours prior to rental date), you will be charged a cancellation fee. If cancellation request is received less than 72 hours prior to delivery, the rental fee shall be non-refundable. You can contact us shall you want to postpone the dates and use the rental fee as credit for later (usually within a year).
